Acceptance of Terms
By using the WD-Quality website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Scope of Services
WD-Quality provides software development services as agreed in individual project contracts. Scope is defined in the proposal or Statement of Work.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom code developed for their project. Third-party libraries retain their own licences.
Limitation of Liability
WD-Quality is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of revenue arising from use of services.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees paid for completed work are non-refundable.
